Old Spice Barbershop is a real barbershop in Cincinnati, Ohio and we wanted to hire a barbershop quartet to celebrate and tell the world about its obsession with hair. But that wasn’t ridiculous enough.

So we commissioned a barbershop sextet of perfectly coiffed heads of hair to sing an existential ode to hair. And not just some surface level ode, but one that asks the deep questions, like “Does my hair scream when I cut it?”

Because we like puns, we drove an oversized coiffed head around Cincinnati to generate some buzz.

And because we’re a brand obsessed with hair, we commissioned a historically accurate floor to ceiling oil painting celebrating Francisco Barber and his Barbarians defeating the Hairball of Belfast at the Battle of Bad Hair, circa 800BC or sometime around then.

And because the pandemic saw everyone growing out their hair we uploaded Jay Versace’s epic high top fade and over the course of a few days we shaved down the feed and left one lucky winner with tickets to this year's Super Bowl.
